Hello to all.. My question is my Huskee LT4200. Has ground speed issues.new belts replaced variable speed pulley also. The mower operates as it should. But when I'm mowing I have to place my heel of my left foot and pull the brake/clutch pedal back towards me and the mower then goes full speed as it should. Let off on the pedal and it creeps along again. I have done all I know to do. I've adjusted the linkage controlling the variable speed pulley which has been replaced also. I'd appreciate any input on how to remedy this issue.
