I only use it for riding because we have no functioning attachments and the only attachment I have, which is the deck, I don't have any of the pins or the belt for.
Never be in a hurry to buy something like that, because as soon as you jump at something like what you described, someone's old relative will pass on and they will leave a much nicer tractor that the family will let go cheap. Wait and look around but do not hurry, and you'll likely find something much better that isn't a total basket case. I wouldn't pay anything for that tractor you described TBH.

It's been 3 years and nothing cheap has come by. The cheapest tractor I've seen was 150$.
