Should I replace both head gaskets?

I'm working on a toro with a kohler courage 20hp that has a blown head gasket on the left side cylinder. Should i replace both head gaskets since I will already have everything out of the way or should I just replace the one that is blown? I see a small amount of caking around the good head gasket but i cant tell if it is an oil leak or mud. Can anyone tell me what the

Yes I would replace both while you had it out and apart.

I will also say replace both.
You can get ultra thin gaskets and up the compression a little bit. =more power.
