Shopping for heavy duty mower

Looks like I will go with the Xmark LZS801KA604 It has the Kawasaki 801 motor and 60 in. deck with the suspension seat. Price was major factor. With the equine discount, price is $9000 plus tax with discount. Can't wait till Sept. and it seemed to be by far the best price mower I could find. All seemed topnotch in that class but only price was the major difference. Any comments?

Congrats and welcome to the Exmark family. Great choice. Exmark is one of the top of the line mowers you can get. I am especially impressed with the S-series mowers Exmark offers. What a great discount to get that final price for that machine. You will have to post some pics in Sept.

The laser z is a fine mower. You made a good choice. It will handle anything you want to mow.

I agree with you that price should be a big factor in your decision. All of the mowers in the class you were looking at are great mowers, so the only two other things to consider are price and dealer support. Plenty of dealer support in the dyersburg area for exmark. Tennessee tractor (the jd dealer in our area) in dyersburg, Alamo, and ripely are all exmark dealers.
