Using a: 1999 Craftsman, 15.5 HP Turbo Cool, 42" mower deck..............
When I shift into reverse (when at a stop), I sometimes can't find it. It seems that I am in Neutral. Is it OK to adjust the shift linkage? If yes which way do I adjust...shorter or longer? All the linkage looks straight and moves OK. I took out the battery box and watched it.
