7/22/21 new Bad Boy ZT60 Avenger purchased. Last week shaking started to occur
when blades engage. See no problem under the deck. Anyone else had shaking on new mower? Thoughts? See nothing loose under the deck.

Grass buildup on the blades, burnt spot on the belt, something jammed into a pulley groove will all cause shaking. Need to inspect everything. But could also be something going wrong with a bearing or pulley and would require dealer intervention.

If you've hit something with a blade and either knocked a chunk out (blade would be unbalanced) or bent a spindle it may cause shaking. The former would be easy to check visually. Not sure how to check for a bent spindle.

That happen to me on my Compact diesel 60” deck. It was a loose spindle. I tightened the bolts around the loose spindle(I shook all of the spindles to find it).
