I have just rebuilt my intek but am struggling to find a tutorial on how to correctly set up the air/fuel.
It's a 31000 I believe with the carb in the pic below.
I have just rebuilt my intek but am struggling to find a tutorial on how to correctly set up the air/fuel.
It's a 31000 I believe with the carb in the pic below.
You don't set up anything.
The jets are fixed.
The needle in the photo is your idle fuel jet and you set the slow idle with it .
In for lean, out for rich and it has a limiter cap on it so you can only turn it 3/4 of a revolution.
Get the engine running as slow as possible then turn it in & out slowly till you find the smoothest idle position.
