My son just bought this mower for me and I like it.

Some flaws - releasing brake pedal results in jerky starts til I get the touch right.

One question. I cannot figure out how to get off the seat without killing the engine.

I have followed the instructions carefully but I'm either missing something or it can't be done.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

JimVT

Usually on a craftsman as long as the brake engaged, blades disengaged, and in neutral the engine should still run but some models are designed to cutout no matter what like certain Murrays.

OK thanks, "Pug", my neighbor is going to check it out.

I've been watching the Open at Castle Stuart.

Hope my boy Phil does well.

More of a cyclist than a golfer myself.
