Hi All!
I have one of those power heads to which a person can attach a sting trimmer, edger, chain saw, tiller & such. It is branded Cub Cadet. I think it is MTD in real life. It's been a good (and seldom used) machine.
Starting with last session, each time I turned the engine kill switch on, when the engine RPM slowed to a certain point the machine would let out a very loud & high pitched scream for one second or so. Then the engine would finish shutting down.
Do any of you know what this scream could be? If possible I'd like to repair whatever the problem is, not so much for the noise but to save this machine.
