Hi Guys:
Stuck, I have a Scag Tiger Cub with a 24hp Briggs & Stratton engine that turns over but will not start. I have new spark plus and I replaced the carburetor, new battery and new voltage regulator and electric clutch.
I was losing power before it gave up the ghost. I have a short video any help would be greatly appreciated.

try putting a VERY SMALL amount of fuel down the plug hole
If that works do the same down the carb throat
Let us know what happens.
