Bought this walk behind the other day and cant figure out what this extra lever is for. It doesn't appear to be home made, but i cant find anything online about it. It ties into the drive levers, but doesn't really seem to do much. I set a picture to my local Scag dealer and he didn't know what it was either. Its the black handle/lever between the gas tank and the dash board shown in the pictures. Normally I feel i have a good bit of common sense about things like this, but this one is stumping me.
