Scag Freedom Z won't start

I have a Scag 48" Freedom Z.... It will not start with the key... There is nothing.... I can jump across solenoid.. It's starts and runs perfectly. I have replaced solenoid twice. Replaced the battery. Today I replaced the key switch. Then I noticed the 20 Amp fuse was blown. I replaced it. And still nothing with the switch and fuse keeps blowing.

Check wiring for short to ground & check grounds for being tight & secure.
