scag dripping oil while running fb460v

hi. got this scag walk behind. it's got the fb460v. there is a threaded hole at the front bottom right of the motor, and it's spewing little drops of oil as it's running. it stops when it's off. by about a half hour to hour after cutting there's a small puddle of oil. is there anyone who can tell me what's going on or if there's a bolt missing?

All I see on the breakdown is the drain plug, and if that was missing youd be screwed. Look up the part diagram and clarify the part.

thanks...turns out that it needs a sump gasket. its not coming out of a threaded hole. think I can run it without replacing the gasket? there are no issues with the running of the mower.
