I have a Z248F. After I start it up and move the levers in from the Park position the left arm being moved in causes it to shut off. I know that moving them both in simultaneously is what you have to do but I did notice that it’s the left arm by moving it in and out it reengages when moved out.

So I tried again. Start up and when I disengage the right lever it still runs. I disengage the left lever and it shuts off.

It would be two problems at the same time. The safety on the arm not killing the engine has failed. Also either the seat switch connector is loose/unplugged, the switch failed, or the shorting strip is damaged.
