My RZ4623 keeps throwing the deck belt. I had One spindle that was going out so I changed both, New blades and cleaned all the dried on grass from underneath. I can engage the blades and they will rotate fine, but when I drop the deck the belt comes off, anyone else experience this? What was the fix?

Is replacement belt Husqvarna OEM part item 2 ? Also remove & inspect idler pulley bearings for being worn out, see parts manual pages 18 & 19, idler pulleys are items 9 & 10.

Thanks, I ordered new idler pulleys last night as they felt a little suspect, I will put the new belt I have on at that time, also looks like the tensioner is bottomed out so the belt may be stretched

Check the axix the tensioner swings on they flog out oval so the arm does not move as it should.
Also check where the spring anchors as the spring s harder than the anchor point and can cut a slot so loose tension.

Problem solved, I am confident it was just the belt, as if was about 2" longer than the new one. The idler and tensioner pulleys were definitely worn, so I replaced them as well, thanks for the help.
