Running rich on my Dixie chopper

I started having problems so I took the carb apart cleaned it real good and put new gaskets on it now the motor is running super rich and bogging down and putting out black smoke. Changed plugs and air filter and fuel filter are clean/newer. Thought the fuel solonaid was bad but it is working properly. Can the solonaid be letting to much fuel in the motor idles perfect and all the way up to 3/4 throttle but At max it bogs down And when I engage the pto it bogs down too starts right up
