Finally got a shroud!!!!!!
Almost time to paint.

In trying to figure out what color I would use for the grass rake someone mentioned to me zinc plating.
I called a local shop and they quoted me $6.50 per pound with a $75.00 minimum.
That is almost as cheap as the silver paint.
Considering this...I think all of my hardware ( nuts bolts handle brackets rake ect) will get plated and look like new parts.
Seems a great option to me.

And it was a tough restoration... with all the AL/MG welding (beyond my capability :laughing: ).
