Routing drive belt Troy-Bilt Bronco 600 Series

Trying to refurbish a Troy-Bilt Bronco 600 series lawn tractor for my brother-in-law. Getting down to the drive belt replacement. I can not determine routing underneath the steering plate. There are two roller guides. Where does the belt route? Here is a picture..
