riding mower will not start

I have intek v twin ohv mower that wont start.I changed the spark plugs but still will not start.Also cutting belt has broke three times in one mounth.

Seems like you've got more than one problem. Need more details about the problems... does it have gas, is it getting to the carb... what have you done so far? You've changed the plugs, why, did they need it?
Are you sure you got the right belt, does the tension need to be adjusted, is the belt contacting something?
