Walk behind Replacing timing key.

I have a Troy-Bilt 12A466M 011 2008 mower that hit a rock and lost its timing.
How do I replace or re-position key?
How do I get to that area?

They are replaced.
You remove the blower housing then the flywheel.
Dress the engine shaft & flywheel if it needs to be done , pop a new key in and snug down the flywheel..
The taper must be clean , smooth and dry or it will not lock and the key will brake the first time the engine fires.
