Anyone have advise on replacing spindles on a scag tiger cub? Spindles have slight play or slop to them. I attempted to remove hub and key and pulley from spindle and they are froze on solid. Never got past removing the 2 hub bolts. Can't pry, would damage pulley. Is there some trick to this I'm unaware of? Advise is welcomed and much appreciated.

Request Rejected click anyway, locate your serial number & click, spray down with Liquid Wrench Penetrating Oil & let soak overnight, keep oil off belts.

Thanks for the advise and link. I do have the owners manual, but it says nothing about spindle/pulley rmoval. Did find out that the 2 hub bolts can be removed and then inserted in 2 remaining threaded holes on hub and bolts can slowly be turned to push hub upwards. Will soak hub/spindle shaft/ pulley overnight as you advised. Will let you know how it went...will get around to it this week. Thanks again.:thumbsup:
