Replacing command with courage

I have a Hustler super z and the engine blew. I have a used 25 hp kohler courage to replace the 27 command.
I'm having trouble with the wiring connections.I'm not sure about the colors.
The 27 command has 3 wires Green,White and red while the courage has several. Anyone have an idea?

If you still have the old engine, swap the alternator stators over.
Direct bolt on no modifacations required.
You can not swap the flywheels but that does not matter that are all the same save the size of the center hole.
Also swap over the rectifiers as these are oft matched to the stator

I looked at the schematic on both and can't make it out.
I know if I hook the green wires together it's hot all the time

I think its a command model number cv730s
