Removing the string head from a Poulan Pro PP125

How do I remove the string head from a Poulan Pro PP125 weed trimmer?

There seems to be a 1.25 inch (across the flats) thin hex nut right next to the shaft.

My guess is that it is to prevent rotation while the head is removed.

There does not appear to be a place to put a screw driver.

The head is threaded and it unscrews, I believe it's reverse thread due to the rotation of the shaft.

Yes it is a reverse thread.

And, I did not look closely enough; there is a place for a screwdriver, a friend showed me.

The head came right of with no problem.

I replaced it with a Husqvarna head of the same size; a bit more string capacity I think.
