Remove 321D in-tank fuel gauge

I would be very grateful if anyone could offer some advice as to how to remove an in-tank fuel gauge from the tank of a 321D.

Don't you mean: how to remove a fuel gauge sending unit from a Grasshopper 321D fuel tank?
