Hey there,
I have a issue that keeps poping up in a few machines off ours.
Our backpack blowers are all Redmax blowers and almost all eb7001s.
The issue I keep running into is they completly flood them selves out. To the point were the lower end fills up and along with the motor pushing it out of the exaust.
I've heard that it has some thing to do with the seals and gaskets. I've become stumped completly. Replaced pretty much every seal ecpt for the jug seal and crank seal. New carbs and all.
Any one ever heard of any thing like this?
Thanks
Hello Nick and welcome to the Forum...
I really like your mower!
As to your blower flooding problem, I think you have a fuel pump diaphragm in the carburetor that is allowing fuel past and into the crankcase through the little tube that pulses that fuel pump using crankcase pressure... easy carb rebuild should fix it... :smile:KennyV

Also you wanna check the one way check valve in the fuel cap. This is a common problem and a new cap could do the trick.
