My guess would be new axle seals.

I tried to lookup that rearend on Searspartsdirect.com but that rear end is not listed anymore. My supplier cannot even get it anymore. Send me the make and model of the rear end and I make be able to find some seals for you. The make and model is no longer listed on the website. you can email me at joesmowerservice@gmail.com...

That is a good question.. Not knowing the manufacturer of the rear end it could be anywhere.. You might look underneath first.. You may have to drop it to find it unless you have the original books that came with the machine.

It may, it depends if it has a parts breakdown of the transaxle.

You can order this straight from sears: http://www.searspartsdirect.com/par...st=0&shdPart=7393R&searchModPar=7393R&=Part+#
I can get it but it would be a special order. You will probably be cheaper unless they gouge you on shipping. The seals are 3.99 each plus shipping thru sears.

Seals can be bought from any place that sells bearings and seals or most auto parts store sales like NAPA. They will have a number on them which you will need and if you can't find the number measure them and they can look them that way.
