Flex forks are rubber torsion forks. I've not tried them, however, several folks swear by them to improve the ride.

Thanks, sounds like a good idea. Also I'm thinking of getting one of those suspended seats. Anyone changed out their seat for one of those?

I'd go for a suspension seat kit for $139.95 from Ebay first. Flex Forks for the SD have gotten over 3 bills now.
