I have a 2011 Toro Personal Pace Recycler as seen in the pictures with the "Bag on Demand" feature. It's a great mower, but ever since I got it I noticed when mulching (which is what I normally do), that grass shoots out from behind the mower onto the flap and builds up. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening, without removing the flap and leaving the bag on?

Make sure there is no blockages in the scroll and the scroll is not bent,clean under the deck. Or get a blade with a higher sail.
