yea but that doesn't explain the pull sticking with plug in and smooth out.

Yea then no hydrolock. checking the valves today

You've had it running since right??
I still think you have something bent or twisted since you said
"bounced around inside generator frame when it rolled".

It was hydrolocked with thick oil. Pulled valve cover and there was thick oil pooled up there. I poured 6-8 ounces of gas in the plug oil and let it sit for a few minutes. I pulled the cord and it shot out gas and oil, kept cycling until I got no more liquid coming out. The gas thinned the oil enough. Put the plug in and couple harder than normal pulls and it started up.

Make sure you dump the old oil and put new oil back in.
6-8 oz of gas mixed in with the oil will not be good. Or any gas for that matter..
