I just brought my Toro 14-36 xl home from camp because my Cub cadet is broken. I mowed about half the lawn when the mower stopped turning. Tried wiggling the PTO lever and found it was unhooked from whatever it is supposed to be hooked on. Can somebody help me, I looked on line at Repair manual and can't find anything about it. At the end of the selector rod is a piece that runs perpendicular to it about a foot long. So it must be an "easy fix", I'm just not familiar with this mower. I'm going to go jack it up now and see. But sure could use some help.
Thanks, Barbara

Go to this website and plug in you model numbers. Look for you model number under the seat. There you should be able to locate a manual. If no luck, post back with your model and serial numbers, and I will try to find one.
