Go back through your operators manual and read through the part about leveling, pitch and setting height adjustments. Make sure you do this first. There’s also a section about adjustment of springs to adjust the response of the up and down function of the deck.
Contact you dealer and Ariens support after you have performed all of the above, without results. Your mower is under warranty.
