My local Rural King and Menards sell the equipment. I work on about 40-50 units every year as an authorized service center. Easy company to deal with, maybe a little slow at paying warranty work, but not bad 30-45 days payment usually.

I have worked on chainsaws, tillers, and augers.

Is the equipment that hard to work on and what have you heard for customer feed back? what is the most common problem
you come across working on this equipment?
thanks

Don't seem to use the same part very often. As far as warranty, they ship warranty parts to the dealer free of charge, and then they pay you for labor

You did say this. Just thinking why he might have thought that.

"My biggest struggle is knowing what parts to stock besides spark plugs."

Im not really sure. You a option for personal or business/commercial account on the site. I assume commercial account gets the parts and cheaper than personal account would.

For the life of me I couldn't figure out what this thread was about. When I read the title, I thought you were referring to earthquake equipment, such as equipment used to begin a recovery after an earthquake. But as I got farther into the thread, I realize now you are discussing Earthquake brand equipment.:laughing: I have never seen that brand, is it something new or have I just not been paying attention?

My local rural king has carried the earth augers for close to 20 years, but the other products are fairly recent.
