Sears has sold thousands of pieces of equipment over the years, you are going to have to do a little better.........

The model number off of the tag will do nicely......

Like I said, you might have to help us out a tad.... 500 means nothing..... Look for a model number tag on whatever the hell you are asking about, mower,
tiller, washing machine, aircraft carrier, or whatever it is. Also, finding the model numbers and serial numbers off of this engine are very much needed.

Can you at least reveal what kind of machine this is, hell with sears, you could be talking about a butter churn!!!!

Did you ground the side of the plug on the metal of the block when you did this test?

If the side of the plug isn't touching the block during the test, it will not spark.
