Hello, I have a Briggs and Stratton washer model 020439 engine model 10T702 0114 with the plastic in tank carburetor. I cleaned the carb for a customer and the gasket and diaphragm looked good so I reused em'. So now when I prime it runs off of that then dies, repeat the process and it surges until it warms up. Did I miss something? Is it just old age? It doesn't look like there's much to clean in there, and I blew out the orifices with my compressor to make sure they were open. It also doesn't look like I can adjust the governor springs.
