I saw this the other day. Basically the same mower Gravely sold a few years ago that is now discontinued. Also Ryobi sells a similar mower overseas. Fuji makes the engine for Subaru or maybe Subaru owns Fuji. Fuji used to supply engines to Polaris for all 2-stoke snowmobile and watercraft, so they are a decent engine builder. Is this power plant at the same level as Honda or Kawasaki? You will start seeing these very soon to a yard near you as Costco knows how to sell. I read one comment where a loyal Subaru own said well I might as well have a Subaru mower. I would post a link but every time I do I get an error.
Price I saw was right at 400.00, specs;
Subaru EA175 commercial grade engine

Well it appears this mower has serious issues, charging system fails and a transmission that stops working. Costco has pulled mower off the floors and is not for sale anymore. Looks like rivets had this called correctly. My neighbor has the gravely version of this mower. I noticed that he has to basically push the mower up the hill in his back yard, I wonder if its the same transmission.
The magic pudding is a childrens fiction story.
While occasinally you can actually get what you paid for.
You neve ever get better than you paid for.
Dad had a saying he was fond off , particularly when buying some tool we could not really afford.
"He who buys cheap pays twice"
And now in the days of disgusting oft illegal Chineese look alike temporarly dverted land fill imported by selfich greedy morons with no conscience what so ever I uped the ante to He who buy cheap pays thrice.
And to date it has been correct.
