Hello. I haveca 2020 Poulan PP19A riding lawnmower that will not start. I have used it weekly this summer will no issues. This week after mowing, I turned the mower off to weed eat. Afterward, I was going to move the mower back to the shed where it is stored but it will not crank. The engine turns over but won't catch. I recently changed the oil , oil filter, fuel filter and air filter. Since this issue started I have had the battery checked, replaced spark plug, checked to make sure the choke is engaging and changed ignition coil. I have no idea where to look next. Any ideas?

any engine needs 3 things to run. Figure out which is missing and then troubleshoot why it is missing.

fuel and air - too much or too little won't work
spark
compression

If the engine turned off normally without say a backfire that can shear the timing key then there is a very high chance that one of the safeties is preventing the engine from making a spark or the afterfire solenoid has failed preventing fuel entering the engine .
So grab a can of starting goo ( carb cleaner is easier on the engine than starting fluid ) and give the engine a SMALL SHORT shot down the plug hole
Crank the engine , it should fire once or twice
If not then one of the safties has failed so the next test is to remove the kill wire from the coils and repeat the above.
Still no bang = bad magneto
bangs through the carb = stuck valve or bad cam
bangs through the exhaust = same as above .

Now assuming that you got a bang the first time , repeat but this time a short shot through the carb
Engine goes bang = fuel supply problem
Engine does not go bang = valve problem

Fuel supply problem, check that fuel is getting to the carb
Check the carb solenoid is fully retracting when the key is in the on position
clean the carb.

Valve problem, pull rocker covers off and watch the valves moving as you rotate the engine by hand .

Let us know what you find

Or it can be as simply as the seat switch connector housing not fully plugged in since contains a shorting strip which will kill the ignition if loose.
