Posting time is showing wrong time ???

Hello... I have not been on the forum for a few months as I have had several deaths in the family but noticed yesterday and this evening that my posts are showing an 8 hour time difference if P.M. or 4 hour time difference if A.M. from the actual time that I posted. Just wondering if this is a bug or am I looking at something wrong. Thanks.......

Click on My Home
Click on General Settings
Scroll to Date and Time Settings and adjust to your time zone.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
