Possible Engine Swap

I have a Cub Cadet LT1042 with a decent motor (Kohler Courage SV590) and a rough chaise as well as a LTX1045 with a decent chaise and a bad engine (Kohler Courage SV600). Can I swap the engine from the 1042 to the 1045 with out too much trouble?

despite being about 10% down on power there should be no problem if they both have the same starters .
