That's a $300 blower new at Lowe's and they go on sale for $250 sometimes. Arguably the best value for a blower in that class.

Did you ever confirm that the carb hoses are on properly?

Ok. Did you dump the fuel that was in it before adding new fuel? Or just add new fuel on top of what was already there? Doesn't sound like you changed the fuel filter...sorry can't recall every detail from pages back. Did the gas it was stored with have ethanol in it? It's possible that it collected water and left an emulsion in the bottom of the tank and fouled the fuel filter.

Edit: So the real question is did you store it for months with fuel left in it? That's often the underlying cause of issues like the ones you're having, and if so it's not Husqvarna's fault.
