Do any of you guys use the app called Planimeter to determine the size of a property you are bidding on?
I have used it for close to a year and a couple of times it has helped me out a lot because a client has told me a property was actually smaller than it really was.
When we cut acres of open grass with a minimal of trimming we will bid it by the acre........
If you have another app that does the same thing list it as well.
