People trying to steal my customer

Had a new customer call me today to ask if I sent someone over to do their yard. This guy said he was my brother / cousin that I sent over, lucky the husband call cause the guy talk to the wife. Have any of you been thru this, my second season just can't understand a lair.

That is a sorry deceitful way to try and get a customer. Apparently this guy isn't capable of getting his own. Must have a bad reputation.
