I am pretty sure its flat concrete underneath but right now the paint on it (a nasty color red) is peeling up and will need to be redone. What is the best type of paint that will make it through a few winters before it starts to peel again?
Concrete is tough to paint... Use a paint made for concrete and prepare the surface before painting... You will have to remove the pealing paint before you do anything else... that may require sand blasting... Good luck, but when done right will last a long time, incorporate a bit of traction material into the fresh paint and it will not be too slick when it gets wet... :smile:KennyV
