Anybody know where I can get a drive belt tension spring for my 970 mower deck on my john deere 111? Anybody know the part number? Also I need to remove the pulleys on the deck. I've already broke a 3 jaw gear puller trying to get them off.

Just that pulleys are you removing? The double pulley can be a bugger. I had one so tight that I ended up drilling out the shaft. You just have to remember that you can bend them very easily so be careful with your pullers.
