Been going thru the love hate relationship with this stick. If you run this hard as in edging, and it gets hot and cuts off,is this normal? I'm thinking i need to adjust the idle speed or the throttle speed.Otherwise it's a very versatile tool.Took it to the shop once, and yea they set the RPM's,but it was worse.I tinkered and got it better.Just asking if i should up the throttle or lower the RPM's,or vice versa.Thoughts?

No, it is not normal. Adjusting the carb involves fuel/air mixture adjustments along with rpms, and incorrectly doing it can cause piston damage. Here is the pic of a fs56 carb, and its adjustment screws.
