I have a Hustler model 320. It is a 1980's vintage.ahad a hydraulic hose leaking on a drive motor. Replaced it and one other suspect hose refilled with oil.
Went to move it and now that drive motor does not have any power and most of the time it won't go at all. I think it is probably an air pocket . Any know a way to bleed it off.
Or does anyone have any other suggestions.

Jack it up and get both rear wheels off the ground. Open the release valve, start the engine and swipe the levers back and forth. I do it about 10 time just to be sure. Close the release valves and see what it does. May have to do it more than once.

and the purging above must be done with the engine running as slow as possible to prevent the oil frothing
