Old Jacobsen motor

I came across a NOS Jacobsen 2 cycle engine. The tag says "ENGINE NUMBER 5J 501261". Anyone know what it is for? Google isn't coming up with anything.
 
Don't know for sure, but appears to be a vertical (or rotary) version of a model j-321.
Do a Google image search for "Jacobsen j-321".

Any idea what a brand new one is worth? I have no use for it.

I used to have a 20" commercial Jacobsen walk behind mower and I picked up the engine for a spare. The mower was stolen and I never used the new motor.

Probably not much.
I purchased a NOS short block on Ebay a couple years ago for $35 delivered.
I use it to power a '60's Fox Doodlebug.
