Hey guys

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post. I was wondering if someone could give me any info on this old mower I picked up today. It says G series and has Magnetron on the top. I paid $15 for it, was it a good deal. I have been searching and this forum came up.

It runs by the way, got it to start on first pull. It is quite weird, it doesn't need to be primed and the knob on the top controls the throttle and kill-switch.

Very nice score.
Briggs cast iron bore.
This mower was made to use all day every day. Very heavy duty. If I remember right the deck is 10 gauge or maybe 12.

Jetfast super swift maybe a 5328

Thanks @Carscw

I was so tempted to pull it apart before. I just mowed the back lawn and it works better than the other one I have (Something like a quantum X50). The frame was a bit loose but I think a few bolts just need tightening. I am tossing up between keeping it and selling it.

Any ideas on how much I could get for it?

I'd get some Coke and aluminum foil to clean the rust off the chrome handle bars.

I agree with briggs clean it up get it looking good but do not do any mods to it.

If you push mow your yard I would keep it.
You can get a bag for it on eBay

The engine will run forever
