Has anyone ever replaced a Governor shaft seal on a 17.5 briggs interior..?

The 31 series engine has the governor shaft seal on the outside and yes i have changed a few It is bushing that I have only changed a couple times.

So the 31c707 has a seal and a bushing that are replaceable?
How’d you get the bushing out?
