oil leak on dip stick

I have an encore prowler lawn mower and it has a kawasaki engine on it. when mowing it will push oil out the dip stick tube. it was pushing it out the dip stick tube. i replaced both seals on the enging as it was pushing oil out of them. that took care of them, but now it pushes oil out of the dip stick tube. Ant help would be great.

You are getting excessive crankcase pressure causing the oil blow out
only 3 causes for this
1) piston rings / bore bad but this usually makes them hard to start and blows smoke during use
2) head gasket leaking between cylinder & push rod tube ( OHV engine only of course )
3) crankcase breather valve stuck open or broken it is a plain reed valve hidden behind the carb on the engine end of the tube
