i have a jhon deere l100 lawn tractor and oil is coming out of the small breather hole on the fuel pump from the impulse line.

WELCOME to these Forums...
There could be a couple things..
But first, check the engine oil level... And check if it has Gasoline in the engine oil. That is often the cause of your problem... Post back with what you find. :smile:KennyV
